TXLuxx supplies and installs PERGOLUX systems across San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country, for residential and commercial projects. Open the roof for sun, close it for shade or rain, from a remote or your phone.
Scandinavian design, aerospace-grade aluminum, and independent structural certification. Every claim below comes from PERGOLUX documentation or a stamped engineer's report.
Aerospace-grade extruded aluminum throughout. It will not rot, warp, rust, or need staining.
A patented system with gutters and column drainage engineered into the structure rather than added on.
A patented accessory system built specifically for these pergolas. No cutting or adapting on site.
Weatherproof to submersion standard, which is the same rating used for professional dive equipment.
Works with Apple Home, Google Home and Amazon Alexa through one unified control hub.
Optional glass wall panels turn a covered patio into a room usable through more of the year.
PERGOLUX products were analyzed by Woodrock Engineering, LLC under the 2021 International Building Code, the 2021 International Residential Code, and the 2020 Aluminum Design Manual. The letter of approval is signed by John Kennedy, P.E., dated April 30, 2026, and covers the freestanding versions of all available models and sizes, including configurations with attached glass walls. The full product range is also TUV certified.

These ratings apply to proper installation no more than 30 feet above grade, at an average ground elevation of 1,000 feet above sea level. The governing load combinations assume a powerful hurricane and a heavy blizzard will not occur at the same time.
In an enclosed or partially enclosed wall configuration with louvers closed, select models are rated to 95 mph ultimate wind speed and 75 psf ground snow load. Wind load capacity increases significantly in the wall-mounted configuration.
We will confirm the right model and configuration for your site, your local code, and your wind exposure before anything is ordered.
We lead with Series 4. It is the stronger platform and the one we recommend for most projects in this region. Series 3 remains a solid option when budget is the deciding factor. We will tell you honestly which one fits your project.
Available in Pergola 4, Pergola 4 Pro, and Pergola 4 Max. Load ratings for each model and size are in the table above.
The value option. Same European engineering and the same 10-year structural warranty, at a lower entry point.
Independent recognition, not self-certified marketing claims.
Awarded for excellent product design in the Gardening and Outdoor Living category by the German Design Council.
Recognized for user-friendly smart controls and clean, hidden hardware.
The Series 2 pergola was honored by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design for design, strength, and the RainLUX waterproofing system.
Every PERGOLUX model is independently verified by TUV, the same body that certifies automotive and aerospace safety.

The parts most companies bury. Read them before you buy from anyone.
| Component | Coverage period |
|---|---|
| Structural components: columns, base plates, beams | 10 years |
| Movable parts: louvers, hand cranks, mechanisms | 5 years |
| Accessories and electrical components | 2 years |
The PERGOLUX warranty runs to TXLuxx as the purchaser of record, not directly to you, and it is not transferable if you sell the property. In practice that means you deal with us, not with a manufacturer's call center. If something fails, you call us and we handle the claim. We would rather say that plainly up front than have you discover it later.
Permits, HOA, and site conditions. Most jurisdictions require a building permit for a permanent structure, and the permit is the property owner's responsibility. A city permit does not satisfy an HOA. If you are in an HOA community, you will need separate architectural approval before installation. Local setbacks, easements, and height limits apply, and 811 must be called before any footings are dug. We will walk you through all of it, but we cannot approve it for you.
Straight answers, including the parts that are inconvenient for us.
Woodrock Engineering analyzed the full product range and certified Ultimate Wind Speeds of 165 mph for freestanding units in an open wall configuration with louvers closed, on select models. In an enclosed or partially enclosed configuration that figure is 95 mph. Wall-mounted installations rate higher than freestanding. Per-model figures are in the load table on this page.
Most jurisdictions require a building permit for a permanent structure, and it is the property owner's responsibility to obtain it. We will tell you what your jurisdiction requires, but we cannot pull it for you or guarantee approval.
A city building permit does not satisfy an HOA. If you are in an HOA community you will need separate architectural approval before installation. Start that early, because it is usually the longest pole in the tent.
We lead with Series 4. It is the stronger platform and the one we recommend for most projects here. Series 3 is a legitimate option when budget is the deciding factor, with the same 10-year structural warranty. We will tell you which one actually fits your project rather than defaulting to the bigger number.
Coverage is 10 years structural, 5 years on louvers and moving parts, 2 years on accessories and electrical. Important detail most sellers skip: the manufacturer warranty runs to TXLuxx as the purchaser of record, not directly to you, and it does not transfer if you sell the property. In practice that means you call us and we handle the claim.
Yes, with louvers closed. PERGOLUX uses a patented system called RainLUX, with gutters and column drainage engineered into the structure rather than bolted on afterward.
Yes. The controls are Matter certified, so they work with Apple Home, Google Home and Amazon Alexa, and everything runs through a single hub. The controls are IP67 rated, which is a submersion-grade weatherproof standard.
In-stock units typically ship in 5 to 15 days. Add permitting and site preparation to that. We give you a realistic date before you commit, not a best case.
Consultations are free. Tell us about your space and we will tell you honestly whether a PERGOLUX pergola is the right answer for it.
